Sewing machine dress

This frilly cotton dress is made from two patterns of quilting cotton. The white fabric has little black hearts and sewing machines on it, and the black is patterned with musical notes. It has a narrow mandarin collar, ruffle sleeves, and pintuck details on the top of the bodice.
